What case-level information would you want to make available electronically
Everything that is available to individuals who contact the clerk directly, should be provided to the public in the most efficient means available. In today's context, the most efficient information delivery mechanism is Internet access and everything "publicly" available ("from the highest court to the lowest") should be available via the Internet.
