Do you think the public and litigants should be charged less than attorneys and businesses? How would you really make this possible? Sometimes I seek information in my role as a lawyer and other times as a "normal person." Will it be on an honor system? Better to seek volutary support (underwriting) by businesses, lawyers and firms. If such sponsorship was recognized on line in a very low key way (a la public television), the public would be well served and the costs borne by those who support the system.
