There will always be access to those who pay being the business man, the attorney, a fee basis just makes the average citizen that much more at the mercy of investigators, attorneys etc. it is no more an invasion then being able to go to the courts and access that information just a little more easier for them to do so. The public pays enough for taxes,that pay salaries and buy equipment as it is. Just to copy papers in a Texas courthouse is $1.00 per page. Now they want to pay much more to access them by computer!
